I'm not aware of any. But any time you start manipulating JS using a plugin it can potentially cause a problem. JS is extremely touchy.

Thank you both for your replies. The form is included in the page by using the shortcode [gravityform id="2" name="Passport Details"].
It does not show up because of the error.

Turns out Chris was right. WP-Minify is causing the problem. Any suggestions as to why that might happen?

Can you try it without wp-minify active? Maybe that is fouling things up.

Don't see a form on that page, have you removed it? We aren't aware of any wp-commerce conflicts so this would be new if it indeed a conflict with wp-ecommerce. Can you show us a form that we can see this issue happening?

This is due to an error in the javascript. With firebug script and console enabled you will see that the processing stops on line 1 with the error on the line that has “jQuery.noConflict();”. Is there a solution to this? Are you aware of this incompatibility?

The form is here: http://www.russiantourguide.com/russian-travel-info-tips/passport-details-form
