Is it possible to do this with Gravity Forms?</p> <p>While I have been advised that this is possible with GF, I am curious if you know of a GF guru who could actually replicate the look and feel of the form referenced in the above link?</p> <p>I have attempted it, but it is beyond my skill set.</p> <p>Thanks! </p>
