			<description>&#60;p&#62;The float rule on the content block above the form is causing the form to wrap to the right of the content block outside of the viewable area.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;The &#34;float:left&#34; rule is extraneous there anyhow so you can remove it.  It's on line 43 of your custom.css file. You can see from the screenshot below if you remove the float rule, the form displays properly.&#60;/p&#62;
