That was a bit stupid on my part, used the Gravity Forms Meta Recovery Tool provided on this site and it works like a charm.

I've just migrated my WordPress+BuddyPress site from one domain to another, in the same server, the new site is http://www.comeren.es and the form should display in http://www.comeren.es/publicar-nuevo-sitio but it doesn't.

All that was done was a normal migration, moved all files to the new site and changed all instances of oldsite.com to newsite.com in phpMySQL.

The form has completely disappeared now, how can I fix it?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
