Gravity Forms will require a subject line in the notification email. However, I was able to enter a single space character so that the subject line appears blank. Gravity Forms does not complain at that point. When the message was received by Gmail, it came up "(no subject line)" which should work for you.

This message was flagged as spam by Gmail but I don't think your CRM will do the same thing.

Please be patient. Our developers are quite busy, and will answer your question in turn. I e-mailed them myself.

I don't know of any built-in way to do this. I'll have to ping our developers. Please be patient as we wait for a response from them.

No it works, because its being received by CRM companies for our clients and works fine, its a requirement by them. We send no subject emails with our current script. Could you tell me how to do this with GF?

I don't think you can send an e-mail without a subject line, and even if you could, wouldn't it likely be rejected by other mail hosts receiving it as malformed e-mails are automatically considered spam.

Hey guys, I need one of the forms on our gravity form plugin installation to NOT send a subject line when submitted. This is for our CRM softwares. I tried removing the subject line via PHPMyAdmin However when I did that the complete form barfed on me. Can I make the form not send a subject line in the notification email? Or better yet, can I make the php field for the subject line not be required?
