Okay, thanks for the additional info. That should help narrow it down. We'll take a look and see what we can find out.

I've identified that the only form options that don't expand are the ones with multiple choice.

I.E, we're using the Paypal plugin and adding the field "donation" works just fine until I switch it from user defined to multiple-choice. At which point it locks.

This is very strange to me.

Yeah, first of all switch from GoDaddy. They're the worst host we ever deal with. Their support is pretty much non-existent.

Have you tried completely removing the plugin files and re-installing a fresh copy? It's possible that WordPress flubbed the installation. It happens from time to time. That would at least eliminate that possibility.

I'm hosted on a Windows GoDaddy account. Error logs apparently aren't available to me.

Any suggestions?
Thanks!

I'll check the error logs in a bit.

Yeah, there's got to be some commonality since this isn't normally a problem. We test in a variety of popular browsers on both Mac and PC platforms and haven't noticed any problems. Have you tried this from another machine by chance? Are they all on the same web host?

I am unable to do very much editing of the forms on our sites.

When I create a form and add several options, some of them allow me to expand the box and make changes while others will only be moved around in order but do not expand.

This shouldn't be a theme/plugin conflict issue as this happens on several sites all with different plugins/themes. It is not a browser problem, as it has been tested in Chrome, Firefox, IE, and Safari.

Thank you for your help.
