They're the worst host we ever deal with. Their support is pretty much non-existent.</p> <p>Have you tried completely removing the plugin files and re-installing a fresh copy? It's possible that WordPress flubbed the installation. It happens from time to time. We test in a variety of popular browsers on both Mac and PC platforms and haven't noticed any problems. Have you tried this from another machine by chance? It is not a browser problem, as it has been tested in Chrome, Firefox, IE, and Safari.</p> <p>Thank you for your help.<br /> -JSN </p>
