The only obvious conflict I can see is that you are using an old version of WordPress, 3.2.1, with the latest Gravity Forms. I recommend upgrading WordPress if you can, after ensuring your theme and plugins are compatible with the latest WordPress. There was a new version of jQuery included in version 3.3 and I suspect that is causing the weirdness you are experiencing (the old jQuery conflicting with Gravity Forms.) It definitely looks like there is a glitch. The same thing happens when I click on "forms" in the left column my admin panel. No forms of any kind actually show up. It just continues to look like a twisted view of my admin panel that doesn't function. </p>
