There is no complex calculation capabilities for doing complex math such as your example above. Then you would have a numeric field to your form to act as the total and you would have to write jQuery to calculate the selection fields that are selected. I'm not 100% sure how doable it is as is just using jQuery and not editing the plugin code. It's a pretty complex customization. It will be a feature of Gravity Forms v1.5.
