Something in his plugin is doing something it should not and interfering with the form submission process. It doesn't make much sense why i'm not able to reproduce the issue.</p> <p>One bit of information that may help is what browsers and operating system are you submitting the forms on? I can't see how this would matter but any additional information may help us given how odd the issue is. I only received one notification email also. It is something specific to that site and not a widespread issue so we would have to look at that site to determine the problem.
