When I removed it, everything else worked fine.</p> <p>Are there any required settings on the server I need to check? That shouldn't cause your site to fail. When I remove all the function calls, the site functions properly (without the form). It works correctly on the original site.</p> <p>Anyone have any idea why this would happen? Any ideas what I need to do to fix it? </p>
