There is currently no ready-made solution to integrate Gravity Forms with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Andrew, if you're interested, please create a post at the Job Board and continue the discussion with Chris there. Thank you.

Hi Andrew, we might be able to help you with this -- we've done a lot of work with Gravity Forms and API integrations. Let me know if you'd like to chat further about the project details and see if we would be a good fit to work together on this.

hi Chris

Thanks for your message.

We need to produce multiple customer survey forms for a train company and have those forms link directly to the train company's own Microsoft Dynamics CRM (which sits on a different server).

Instead of using iframes and pulling Microsoft Dynamics CRM through our Wordpress Front End we would rather use Gravity Forms and link the forms to the CRM's api.

We were wondering if there's a ready made solution/extension for this within Gravity Forms or do we just need to hard code every time we create a new form?

Thanxz

Anything is possible, but it's not a feature of Gravity Forms. Can you tell us what you need to link together exactly, and what needs to happen? Here are some recent discussions:

hi
I want to link Gravity forms to Microsoft Dynamics CRM so that we can run multiple customer contact forms and customer survey forms linking directly with Microsoft Dynamics CRM with a single SSO. Is this possible? Many thanks. Andy
