Yes, it is titled "Form". First line is title, which I can title as I please, second is a selector for the form I want to use. Then comes display form title, then display form description. Below that comes Advanced Options, then Show/Hide widget (a drop down box) followed by a scrolling list of pages. Is this NOT your widget? </p> <p>If not, where is yours? When I select HIDE the Gravity Forms widget on selected pages, it displays EVERYwhere. </p> <p>I don't want it on a page as a widget where I have specific contact forms.
