			<description>&#60;p&#62;We're sorry about the connection issues that we've been having on the support site here and wanted to let you know that we're working to get the issues corrected with our hosting company as soon as we can. Here's a short post with some additional information on what we're doing.&#60;/p&#62;

&#60;p&#62;UPDATE: We are in the process of migrating the main GravityForms.com &#38;amp; GravityHelp.com sites to a new, more robust hosting provider today, January 26, 2011. We hope to have this completed by this evening. This should alleviate the database errors that we've been having and allow for increased bandwidth to handle the high-traffic hours. Again, we really appreciate your patience and understanding.
