I want to make the form as clean as possible. Right now they are using a table/grid with the product name on one axis and the size on the other. If the size is available for that product there is an input field where they meet. Then they can enter the number (quantity) in that field. It's basically for an order form, but will not use payments or anything so I don't need to worry about that functionality. One axis would be different products and the other would be sizes.
