If it were something minor, I wouldn't mind taking a few minutes, but it takes a decent amount of time &amp; effort to create a custom madlib style form. That's out of scope for a support request. The tutorial covered the basics, but if you're not comfortable with CSS, I would suggest hiring a developer to do it for you.</p> <p>Here are a few good developers with Gravity Forms experience.
