I have a form created with a page break, so it splits in two. What I would like to happen is that when the user clicks on the continue/next button that this would not only take them to the other half of the form,.. but to have that other half on a separate page. Once submitted the form would then send all of the collected data on. Is this possible? Thanks in advance!

Here is an example of what I'm talking about. Notice the content to the right changes!
