Not sure if they will be in 1.5 or not.</p> <p>Basically, you pass the 1, 2, 3 or 4 to the confirmation page, which uses a custom page template and in that template you handle the case of the entry 1, 2, 3 or 4. That's what Kevin's solution provides.
