			<description>&#60;p&#62;You could use the list type field.  It looks just like that.    If you do not need the ability to add more lines for more vehicles, then you do not need to list type field.  You can use individual fields, then style the width with CSS, and lay them out on one line like that by using one of our CSS Ready Classes.&#60;/p&#62;
