We do not provide support for PHPurchase/Gravity Forms specific integration questions, you will have to contact PHPurchase support. The integration was done by them, we are not familiar with PHPurchase or how Gravity Forms interacts with it.

Issue 1 - I have setup a form that will allow users to select a subscription. I gave each subscription a value. I embedded the form into a page. Upon testing it I select an option and then add to cart. The value does not add up in the cart. It is like it is defaulting to the price I entered in the phpurchase. http://orchardattheoffice.com/edesignorchard/?page_id=4

Issue 2 - How do you set up recurring billing with gravity forms and phpurchase? We would like each option to be recurring except the one time payment option.

Issue 3 - I have set up a form so it verifies a range of zip codes and then they are redirected to an order now page. It works great except we would like it to remember it throughout their online session and give the user an option to change it if they want. Currently a user has to continue to end their zip to get back to the order page.
Enter zip code 75001 to test.
http://orchardattheoffice.com/edesignorchard/?page_id=278

We would like it to be similar to https://webportal.fruitguys.com/store/fruitguys/office (In the top right corner the user can change their zip)

Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated

Thanks!
