Or if you have multiple hidden fields on a form, .course-number and .alternate-course-number. This is useful for making jQuery selectors for populating the fields dynamically from modal window choices that can be reused across multiple forms. Relying on the #input_x_y becomes messy when exporting forms from one server and importing them into another as form IDs are not necessarily the same after the import. </p>
