I had a form that was adding three hidden fields to the top of the form from a jquery call from page. Select the items from the form on left and then hit submit.</p> <p>The next page has the three items prepopulated fromt the selections.</p> <p>Now on my dev site <a href="http://50.22.71.94/~eptac/events/ipc-a-600-instructor" rel="nofollow">http://50.22.71.94/~eptac/events/ipc-a-600-instructor</a>.
