Every time I attempt to fill out a form that should be HighRise integrated, I get an error saying that First and Last name fields are required for HighRise integration. I've tried all sorts of combinations to get the First &amp; Last name fields to be recognized by the plug-in, but none work. But I just installed it on my test site and it appears fine. It likely has to do with how they determine which fields line with with the ones in Highrise. Unlike other Gravity Forms plugins, there is no way to assign which fields should line up with the Highrise fields.
