The form can be found here: <a href="http://goo.gl/97MaE" rel="nofollow">http://goo.gl/97MaE</a> Once you make your first selection on the drop down, it will open up the rest of the form. The first two pricing fields that show up are drop downs for Dimension A and Dimension B. Those are the prices I would like to hide without affecting the calculations. Thanks again!
