Oh dear, I just realized that I don't need to get under the hood. I just put the code right there on the page. Now I really feel blonde!

Thanks for the help

Thank you Kevin. The question is, how do I get "under the hood" so I can write the HTML? I have not been able to find a way.

Pam

The notification messages support HTML. There isn't a WYSIWYG editor there for that, but you can write normal HTML markup for your notification and it works just fine.

Ok, I searched everywhere on the support forum for an answer, and I am quite surprised that nobody has asked this...... or maybe I am the only one that hasn't been able to figure it out on my own.

In my email notification to users, I have something to this effect:

"Thank you for ordering

Click here to download your product" <---- I want this to be a link

I thought I would be able to somehow put the link to the download page in this email, but I cannot find anyway to add HTML in the body of that email.

Can someone explain to me how this can be done?

Thanks

Pam
