Thank you.

Just a suggestion for consideration: Reword the page title and opening sentence to also include "add." I did not think to search for the word "embed."

Example:
Title: Embedding (Adding) A Form
Opening sentence: There are three ways to embed (add) a form into a post, page, or template.

I recently purchased Gravity Forms for use on a WooThemes site. I successfully added one form via a widget. Now, I would like to add my newly created contact form using conditional logic to my contact page. How does one add a form to webpage? Is there a shortcode?

I've looked for advice in the following places:
* Gravity Forums
* Google
* WooThemes Forums

Thank you.
