How can I create a Form with the User Registration Add-On that allows for a User, who has already created 1 site, to quickly make another site, simply by entering in a Site Title and a Site Domain. Wordpress operates like this through it's default registration process. Can Gravity Forms do this? Right now, I only see the ability to create a form w/ Username &amp; Email required, which does not make sense for an existing User. </p>
