I can create and edit a form, but I have no clue or see no button to assign the form to a page or post.</p> <p>I am able to insert it as a widget in the sidebar however this is not how I want to use it. I need to insert it into either a page or post. </p> <p>1. Am I missing something such as a file?<br /> 2.
