There is a 3rd Party Ready Class Selector Add-On: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/gravity-forms-css-ready-selector/

worked perfectly!
I seem to remember way back when.... wasn't there a plugin that popped up in the css area to show you all the available css classes or something?

All this can be done with Gravity Forms. The labels inside the field are commonly called placeholders. There is a plugin which claims to do this for Gravity Forms. http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/gravity-forms-placeholders/

Getting the fields side by side is a matter of adding the proper CSS. You can use one of our CSS Ready Classes to put most fields side by side.

http://www.gravityhelp.com/css-ready-classes-for-gravity-forms/

You could use gf_right_half and gf_left_half, or gf_inline.

Please put the form online and let us know what you need help with.

here is what I am trying to duplicate using gravity forms. The theme comes with contact7 but since I own gravity I'd rather use it.
http://www.diigo.com/item/image/39uva/6xju

The form has the field titles inside of the text areas instead of above/below/beside the field.

Also the form is able to put 2 fields side by side where all my gravity forms are always stacked, even if I choose small fields and my theme has room for it.

thanks
