Those are the only information fields, other than quantity that gets passed as far as I know. I would like to know how/why they think it is a Gravity Forms issue. Again, we don't have a shopping cart, nor do we have the connector to send data to Woo's system as they created the add-on (bridge) between our system and theirs.
