The quiz is 20 YES or NO questions. If all answers are YES, then after they submit the form they should see a certain message. If any of the answers are NO, then after they submit the form they should see a different message. I would also like their answers to show on the page along with the message.</p> <p>How can I do this?</p> <p>I've searched the forum for answers, but most of the posts related to this talks about numeric values or custom code. I just want a very simple quiz. </p>
