The site is live and do not want the form to be seen until ready. I was not very clear as to what was wrong. The problem is that the field name is aligned to the left of the field and not the top is there away that I can fix that?

I'm not familiar with the Headlines theme. The "Field Name" or label defaults to the "top label" layout unless you've changed the option in the form settings or your theme styles override the default form styles. If you're talking about the sub-labels for the advanced fields such as the name, address field, etc.. there isn't an option to change the position on those at this time.

If you can clarify what your looking for and post a URL to your form page, it will be a lot easier for me to help out.. especially if I can see the form itself.

I want to have the field name on the top instead of the bottom. I am using the Headlines theme.
