I was not very clear as to what was wrong. The problem is that the field name is aligned to the left of the field and not the top is there away that I can fix that? The "Field Name" or label defaults to the "top label" layout unless you've changed the option in the form settings or your theme styles override the default form styles. If you're talking about the sub-labels for the advanced fields such as the name, address field, etc.. there isn't an option to change the position on those at this time.
