I used to have a note in the form field at <a href="http://www.tedpenner.com/form1" rel="nofollow">http://www.tedpenner.com/form1</a> that would tell the prospective outsourcer to put in the +1. Some didn't know what to do with it, so rather than solving the problem, it made it worse. What I would like to have is a number format that tells the person what to enter into each space (i.e. country code, city code, etc.). Is it possible to do this with Gravity Forms? </p>
