Well, it looks like we'll have to fill out a priority request because downgrading doesn't even restore anything. Will do this shortly. Thank you.

We can't help you if you are unwilling to allow us assist you. To correct these issues downgrading isn't a valid solution to this issue. I'll sum up why downgrading isn't the solution:

ALL PREVIOUS VERSIONS OF GRAVITY FORMS WILL BREAK IN WORDPRESS v3.6 WHICH IS GETTING READY TO BE RELEASED.

So if you are having some sort of issue, which is likely going to be a theme or plugin conflict caused by your theme or another plugin you are using, we need to work with you to determine the cause and help you resolve it.

Downgrading doesn't fix the issue and in fact makes it worse due to the fact WordPress v3.6 is getting ready to come out and you'll have to have Gravity Forms v1.7 installed at that point.

The first suggestion is test for theme and plugin conflicts by following these instructions:

http://www.gravityhelp.com/documentation/page/Testing_for_a_Theme/Plugin_Conflict

The second after you perform the conflict test would be to contact us via Priority Support and provide us with the URL of the site, Admin login and FTP login and we can take a look. This can be done quickly if you send in the request.

Unfortunately, I don't have time to do that, as our entire website is based on GF submissions and we need to downgrade immediately or lose clients. In terms of the myriad of problems, here are a few: none of the formatting is applied (even if you check off to apply GF CSS, none of it is applied), the forms will not submit (after submission they go nowhere), notifications are not working etc.

It's as if this most amazing of all plugins has been seriously impaired. Why was there a need for such a huge upgrade anyway? The software worked fine. Just release small enhancements slowly.

It would actually be really helpful if we could take a look at your site to see what's going on. Can you fill out a priority support form and send over a WP Admin login and FTP Access.

Also, if you could specifically let us know what problems you are having.

Unfortunately, I upgraded to 1.7 and experienced all the myriad of problems already reported here, and worse. None of our forms work anymore. Can you post the proper procedure for downgrading Gravity Forms to previous version, which worked perfectly fine? Of course, we'll upgrade, but only once you have thoroughly debugged the 1.7 version (it is full of bugs. I have never experienced a problem with GF before with upgrades). Thanks.
