Hi guys,

that "tick" (to make a form inactive) is very hard to see/understand! Just a heading for the column saying "Active" would help sooooo much!

We will be making this change in the next release. It didn't make it in this release because we were trying to get the WordPress 3.0 related fixes in as soon as possible with that getting ready to be released (hopefully) within the next couple weeks.

I modified my 1.3.11 installation to not show inactive forms in the dashboard widget, but I lost that change when I upgraded to 1.3.12 (which was expected.) I now realize how nice I had it. My dashboard widget is super long now.

Is there a way to hide inactive forms in the dashboard widget, or some other way to exclude certain forms from the dashboard widget? Some way to make the change that will persist across upgrades (i.e. not modifying the core plugin). Thank you.

I too would like to have an option for inactive forms to be hidden from the dashboard widget - that would be very helpful!

Is there a hook or plugin-way or other way to modify the behavior of the dashboard widget? I am accumulating a lot of forms for events which have passed (so I can make them inactive since they cannot be used any longer), and I like keeping them around in case I need to reuse the style or layout, also like the entry data and also like the stats (number of views, number of submissions) so I don't want to just delete them. I just don't want a super long dashboard widget. I suppose I could disable the dashboard widget, but I like that quick view of form submissions where I can check in.

Thank you.

No, it doesn't currently remove it from the dashboard. That may change in a future release. It's primarily so you can quickly make a form unavailable without editing the page/post it is on or deleting the form.

Making the form inactive does not remove it from the dashboard widget? That's been my experience but I want to confirm it's correct.
