As i have created several, but only one is showing</p> <p>Thanks</p> <p>mark</p> <p>EDIT: this was due to me having the "seen by admin only" ticked, I thought the though that as i was viewing the form with admin logged in, I would still be able to see the fields, is that right? </p>
