You can display their name in the place where the author would normally be shown, but that will be done in your template. You would not display the actual author of the post (admin) but instead just display the name they submitted when filling out the form. Edit your template to remove the references to the real author of the post, and instead display their name. I would store their name in a custom field, then pull that custom field into your template. It will show Default Post author, and under that, it will say "Use Logged in user as author". Make sure that it is checked. Currently it only adds the admin as the author of the post. Am I missing a setting somewhere? What I would like is for the user who submits the content be the author of the post.
