Robert - can you email me at rob@rocketgenius.com so we can take this offline. I can generate a new key for you.

Hi Rob,

The issue is that I no longer have access to the site. With the current license about to expire - I do not want to upgrade/renew on their behalf. And I don't particularly want to register a new profile with Gravity.

Any suggestions?

Robert

Robert, if that's your license key that you own and you have placed on the site - I supposed you could just remove the key from the site's settings page. The site owner should purchase their own license if they are interested in updates and support.

Hi,

I have a personal license which is about to expire and am therefore looking at upgrading to either Business or Developer license.

Question - I have Gravity Forms deployed to one site which I no longer support and do not want a renewed/upgraded license key to be valid for that site.

What would you recommend?

Regards,

Robert
