I'm sure it is possible with Gravity Forms, it can be used for practically anything where forms are a vital part of the process. BUT it isn't something it does out of the box so you'd have to implement customizations as needed to accomplish what you want to do.

What you want to do is fairly involved and is a specific use case, it's not something that a solution on how to implement it can be described quickly on a support forum and is technically a customization.

Hi All!

I want to crate a Trip Planner with GF.

For example: On my website I present X different activities that you can do in Y country.

Every activity has its own post.
On that post the user can choose a date, time and nr of persons that will do that activity. (At the moment, let´s assume that these are free activities, making things a bit simplier.)

OK - the user likes the activity and adds it to the Trip Planner. He goes on, looking for additional things to do during his trip. When finding something he likes he adds it to the Trip Planner.

Can I do this with Gravity Form?

Eg. How to collect collect data from various forms and populate that data into yet another form -the so-called Trip Planner? Whenever the user is ready he can go to the Trip Planner, revise it, make any changes and then fill out final personal data and submit the form via e-mail.

If this is possible with GF:
1. How do I set up a form system like this?
2. How do I create every individual post forms so that the final results are added to another main form.
3. How do I create the Main form Trip Planner so it collects all the added activities?

If this is not possible - what do you suggest I do instead? I have looked into different Cart plugins but I need a spanish version to be able to run on a english Wordpress.

All help very, very much apreciated.
