Form settings are primarily accessed by editing the title/description of the form. The form button is part of form settings and not a field because a button is required and automatically added. I just didn't think to look for that. I was looking under the three panes under ADD FIELDS. I figured it would be in there. I think the "Form Settings" tab at the very top is just a bit "out of sight."
