It wasn't currently an option because the HTML field was added as a design feature to allow users to add HTML into their forms. It's not technically a field, it doesn't take user input. Which is why it's not saved as part of the entry data... it's not a form field. It's a design element.

I was surprised it wasn't optional already.

We can definitely look at creating this as an option in a future release. It won't be part of the {all_fields} merge tag but we can look at creating an option for that merge tag to display html fields.

Is there any way to make this an available option? I'd like to be able to include the HTML fields in my form, for example: terms and conditions that the user agrees to when pressing the submit button. The HTML would show up in the notification email so that they have a reference of what was agreed to.

I'm afraid not. The HTML blocks aren't actual form data so none of that information gets processed or passed to the notification emails.

OK.... so it took me like forever to create 100+ HTML fields that are linked by conditional logic to two drop-down menus.

Showing customers a breakdown of the pricing structure has really boosted my conversion rates.

Just wondering... is there any way to include the HTML field in the "Notification to User" email? Each field only shows once, based on the combination of the two drop-down menus.

Thanks
