HTML elements added to the form through the form builder are not stored with the entry. The ready class I gave you was more for when you have a really insanely large amount of text, so it auto scrolls in a confined area. It keeps a copy of the legal stuff in the entry which could be handy. I am not sure but I don't think using scroll text permits this.</p> <p>You can also send the tos through in notifications using the plugin (again not sure if this is possible with section breaks and scroll text) </p>
