			<description>&#60;p&#62;This can be accomplished with CSS to hide the radio buttons and lay out the boxes horizontally, then highlight the current choice with CSS.  It would be an advanced use of CSS to layout the form fields like that.  Let me see if one of the developers has any helpful hints for you.
