Clicking on an email link in the Gravity Forms entry page isn't going to pre-populate any of your email client fields other than the email address. It's simply an email link, it doesn't do anything more than that.

The best thing to do is setup the Notifications for the form so that you receive an email when a form is submitted, and then you can reply to that email from your email client.

Admittedly not the sharpest pencil in the box- I am new to using GF love it but having some problems getting it to do what I want. So I set up a simple contact us form ( http://kennedyforcouncil2011.com/?page_id=17
when I do a test I can see that all is working when i go to the admin and see the " entries" my question is with a reply that would be made here from within the admin section.

If I read the email in the "entries" section and click on the senders email address it pulls up my email client and addresses the email to the test person but the subject line to the reply is empty, and the subject area it self is empty as well. Is there a way to get the Subject in the email client to auto format what the subject message was from the GF entry?

Ex. visitor fills out contact us form. lets call the subject " question for you" Administrator see message in entries and hits the email link to reply back to the visitor. looking for subject line to be something like
Re: question for you

this way when the " visitor' gets the email back they will know it is a reply email from a question they had.

I know I can do this manually but looking for a way to streamline the workflow-

Hope the above makes sense and I have explained things clearly-
As always many thanks to any and all that take the time to reply

Best
Scott V- a some what dull pencil in the box
