The export file is a CSV file, try making sure when you import into Excel that you are letting Excel know it is a CSV file. It should import it properly.

Hi
When I export the data from a form and open it with excel all data comes in one column but seperate rows.

Here´s a pic of how it looks.
http://img99.imageshack.us/img99/6454/gravityk.jpg

Does anyone know how I can seperate it to several columns?
One coulmn for the name, one for the streetadress, one for the mail etc.

Othervise I don´t know how to work with the data. As a exampel I would like to write a letter in word and use the autoadress function and collect the adress from the CSV.file when I print the letters.
