What you want to do is use conditional logic to show or hide fields based on their drop down selection. You wouldn't create a form for each type of inquiry. You would create one form and then use conditional logic to show or hide specific fields based on what they select in the drop down.

- Add your drop down
- Populate it's values with General Inquiries, Logo Design Request, etc.
- Add the fields for each type of request
- Edit each field you want to show or hide based ont he drop down value
- Select the Advanced tab
- Enable and configure conditional logic for that field

I just am looking around for a simple way to display a certain form to a client based on 1 drop down multiple choice from above. Example, General Inquiries or Logo Design Request. Depending on what they select, they will then get a different form. I can't find exact instructions to do this.

Please where are those instructions?

Thank you!
