It does sound like a server issue of some sort. Although did you deactivate ALL your other plugins and test or just the wp super cache plugin? Your server error logs can tell you what exactly caused the error. But you'd have to check with your host to determine how to look up that error log information.

Thanks for the suggestion
i had a feeling its something related to a cache plugin i am using :super cache
Once i disabled it. the redirect started to work - BUT only on FF
IE still fails
Do you think it still a server issue?

The HTTP 500 error is a server error, not a Gravity Forms plugin error. So it would be logged by your server, you can check with your web host to find out how to access your server logs to look at that error. Just log the time/day of when you make it happen then look at the server logs.

It's possible it's a plugin conflict that is causing it.

To test for a plugin conflict:

- Deactivate ALL plugins
- Activate Gravity Forms
- Check to see if the issue occurs

If it does not, then one of your plugins is causing a with Gravity Forms. To narrow it down follow the steps below:

- Activate each plugin one by one
- Check to see if the issue occurs after each one

A way to speed this process up is instead of activating them one by one, activate them in groups... say 5 at a time... and then when you encounter a group that causes the issue to occur, deactivate that 5 and then activate them one by one and test after each one.

Let me know how it goes.

I am using Gravity form - great plugin
I encounter this strange behavior :

when i set a redirect on form, in ff its works correct, but on ie8 and chrome it get an http 500 error.
When i set a text message only , it work correct on all browsers.
i saw most of your recommendation are to check host(mine is Linux), but i think it might be related to plugins conflict.( remember on ff it works)

is there a way to know what the reason? is there a way to set GF log that explains the error?
Thanks
Yoav
