I'm using Internet Explorer version 7.0.5730.13.</p> <p>I do see that your theme has a script that changes the default inputs for radio/checkboxes. It's possible that could be causing intermittent problems. After some testing I discovered that in IE7 the form comes back with errors on the check box fields. "This field is required, enter a value."
