It sounds like your data got corrupted however it was backed up or restored. This happens when however it was done can't properly handle serialized data.

The only thing you can try is using the Meta Recovery plugin that is available on the Downloads page. Download the Meta Recovery plugin, install and activate it. It will add a Meta Recovery menu item to Gravity Forms. Navigate to it and then follow the directions, it will ask you which form you want to try and fix corrupt meta for. Do it for each form.

Then test to see if the forms are browsable now by trying to view entries.

If they are not, then it appears your database tables are corrupt.

If the serialized data has been corrupted and the Meta Recovery tool can't fix it, you may be able to manually browse the Gravity Forms related tables and get to the data that way. If the data is corrupt Gravity Forms won't be able to display them properly.

I really am desperate here. I have seven forms. I am only missing the one that has 704 entries in it. It's the same form that is linked to on almost every post in the blog.

I'm sure if I could figure out which line was 2040 in the forms_model.php file I could probably figure it out- but oddly I don't know which line that is (they are not numbered in my editor). Likely its calling a string that is the name of the back end database file. I just need a small amount of coaching to know what to look for.

I accidently deleted the database of my wordpress site (a very long story). Anyhow, its been restored to a slightly corrupted state.

I just discovered that my forms appear to be missing. My tables inside the app show the counts and remnants of what used to be there. When i go to the Entries tab I get an error message that says: Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/content/k/r/y/krytus/html/CPGworks/wp-content/plugins/gravityforms/forms_model.php on line 2040. On the page where the form should be it says "Oops! We could not locate your form"

HELP!.....
