So if you want the actual field value for the Post Body to be included when the Post is created you would have to insert that form field value when you create your Post Template. It will then insert a token into the Post Template for the Post Image that will be replaced when the form is submitted with the actual Post Image. They aren't added to the Post Body automatically. The Post Image field simply allows the user to upload an image that is added to the Media Library and assigned to the Gallery for that Post. It shows up in my "Featured" posts thumbnail and also on the thumbnail on the blog preview frames in the Bee Crafty theme I use, but if I go to the blog itself, it doesn't show up there.
