It would be possible but it would require you to write a customization and create your own custom field type. This is entirely possible, but it's a more advanced customization because you'd have to be very familiar with how to create custom field types in Gravity Forms. The client is not familiar with HTML or CSS. The example page you linked to has images above the form, but they aren't part of the form itself. This way the admin can select the images that are already uploaded to the site.
