Currently the HTML block is the only built in option. It would be possible but it would require you to write a customization and create your own custom field type. This is entirely possible, but it's a more advanced customization because you'd have to be very familiar with how to create custom field types in Gravity Forms. So it's possible, but not simple.

I'd like to see if I can get that same layout with Gravity forms, but not use the HTML Block. The client is not familiar with HTML or CSS. Just would like to have an option over in the "Add Field" section that allowed to choice the image I want displayed in the form itself.

I'm not 100% sure what you are trying to do. The example page you linked to has images above the form, but they aren't part of the form itself. They are just on the same page above the form.

I would like to add images to my form like so: http://www.cplace.org/groups/browsegroups/sunday.html
----
But I don't want to have to use the block "HTML" cause the admin user doesn't know html and coding.

Is there a way to have the images show up in a dropdown within the gravity form option? This way the admin can select the images that are already uploaded to the site. And the content that is to right side of it be easily implemented as well.

If there are any examples please feel free to show me. And I want to say thanks in advance. I'm under the gun on this one.
